Meet Tipsy! This boy is just as sweet as can be. He likes to play and absolutely adores attention, snuggling and tummy rubs. A severe upper respiratory infection left him with a bit of a squinty eye, but that doesn’t make him any less handsome. He would do best with another kitty, especially  with his mom or one of his siblings. 

Tipsy’s adoption fee is $10 for the month of July ($40 after this time) and includes his vaccinations, Rabies, microchip, FIV/FELV testing and his neuter surgery.
