Taki is a sweet and affectionate 4.5 year old girl with a very gentle and laid-back personality. Taki's owner recently died and she was taken to the shelter, where she became depressed and lost some of her beautiful silver fur from stress. Fortunately Taki recovered quickly in foster care and her fur is growing back in. She is very talkative and loves to be close to people. Her foster mom says she will follow her all over begging to be petted. If you are looking for a cuddly lap cat Taki will make the perfect addition to your family. She is very good with other cats and would probably be fine with dogs, too. Taki is currently in private care at Kitten School foster home located 5 miles south of downtown Orlando. Reach out to her foster mom Caroline to schedule a time to come meet her and other available cats and kittens!

How to meet this kitty: Reach out DIRECTLY via text to foster mom Caroline at 407-340-7668 or email Caroline.St.Clair@gmail.com

Adoption details: All Kitten School foster cats are adopted through Orange County Animal Services (OCAS). Adopters must go in person to OCAS to complete application prior to taking their cat home. OCAS is located near the Millennia Mall off Conroy.

Adoption Fee: $40, though OCAS often runs adoption specials. Includes spay/neuter, basic vaccinations, FIV testing, and microchip.

Additional Adoption Notes: OCAS and Kindness for Cats are vehemently opposed to declawing cats. Any cat or kitten adopted through us must not be declawed. Adoptions are first come, first serve based on eligibility. Please make sure you are certain that having a cat or kitten will suit your lifestyle before adopting; it is not fair to the animals who are returned due to circumstances that should have been foreseen, such as allergies, grumpy roommates, or landlord issues.
