Tokyo is an independent cat who loves his bell ball and scratch post. He enjoys sleeping on laps and will greet you at the door as long as you have food for him since food is his second favorite thing. He is available for adoption through Orange County Animal Services. His adoption fee is less than $40 and includes his neuter surgery, FELV/FIV combo test, microchip, and initial vaccines.
