Habanero did test positive for FIV, but because she is still so young, it could possibly be a false positive. She has beautiful gray eyes and she is so active. She is a purr machine. She has four other siblings and would love to have another playmate in the home. She is good with other cats and does not seem to mind the dog, but they have not been put together. She is use to older children but is very playful so she would do well with children. She uses the cat box and has no real vices. She is a cuddle bug and wants to be with you.
More about HabaneroGood with Dogs, Good with Cats, Good with Kids, Somewhat vocal, Likes to be in your lap, Playful, Timid, Affectionate, Even-tempered, Gentle Special Needs: FIV is an autoimmune disorder. This means that the cat has a suppressed immune system and must be kept on a healthy diet and not be exposed to external diseases. They can live long healthy lives if kept indoors. FIV can only be transmitted to another cat (and only through aggressive biting and blood drawing), so a home with no cats, or with dogs, or possibly with another FIV+ cat would be ideal.
