Emi is a pretty independent little girl and prefers to “do it herself” rather than have you carry her around. But she loves to cuddle on the couch and sleep in the bed with you. She also likes to find hidey holes – some of her favorites are the drawer under the bed … and under the kitchen counters. She loves to explore and play – with people and the other cats in the house. She is particularly fascinated with my 1 year old feline boy’s tail and he loves to accommodate her. She enjoys playtime with toys and just wrestling with the other cats – though we do have make sure they don’t overwhelm her since they’re so much bigger. Some of her favorite toys are little catnip filled mice, toy lizards on a fishing pole and her play mat. She’s a little purr machine when you pay attention to her, communicates verbally when she’s hungry – and stands in the kitchen at the island where we feed her until you do as you’re told. We think she will do best in home that has some other younger cats as she has really gotten attached to my two 1-year old cats and my 2 year old cat. With proper introductions to your other family members, we know you’ll fall in love with her as we have. Adoption carries a $40.00 fee and includes initial vaccinations, microchip, and her spay surgery,as well as her Feline Leuk/FIV testing.
