Bluey is not female, not a dog and not blue. He is however a sweet young kitten who is in my foster home until he is 2 pounds and can be neutered . He came to foster for his age and weight. He is a bit shy at first but comes out to play with his foster friend. His adoption through the Orange County Animal Shelter includes his vaccinations, his neutering and his chip.
